Strategy

Alternative Networks Group is continuing with its twin strategy of organic and acquisitive growth. We aim to become the leading Converged Communications partner of choice for the UK's small and medium sized businesses.

The focus for next year is to:

  • Maintain organic growth in the core business, by focussing on larger clients, keeping churn low and increasing product penetration into a wider customer base
  • Integrate the Echo business into the Group and ensure our clients start to benefit from the additonal products and solutions they provide
  • Continue to review acquisition opportunities and play an active part in the consolidation of the sector
  • Continue to reorganise the business so that key staff remain motivated and that the business has a flatter, more efficient structure, across the combined Group
  • Continue to improve business processes and quality of service
