We can confirm that unfortunately there was a fire earlier today at BT’s North Paddington building. This has resulted in severe damage and flooding to the BT building, which has now been closed.
It is possible that this situation has affected your network's performance, in particular with congestion to the BT network.
BT assures us that they are doing everything they can to rectify this situation and that they expect to have normal service resumed as soon as possible.
We are sorry for any inconvenience this may be causing and will keep you informed of any progress as and when is possible.
