Update on Network Disruption

Following yesterday’s fire at BT’s London North Paddington building, BT and the emergency services have worked through the night to gain access to the site and restore power.
We can confirm that power via emergency generators has now been restored to the building and transmission equipment. Although reestablishment of power has been gradual, with some call routing now back in service, it is possible that continued disruption in the form of congestion, or calls being routed to incorrect destinations, could be experienced.
We are assured by BT that this will improve in the coming hours and we will of course keep you informed of progress as and when we can.
Once again, we are sorry for any inconvenience this may be causing.
