Interactive PDF

Why use an interactive PDF?

Interactive PDFs give readers the option to look at pages as though they were a printed magazine. This means you can look at complete spread as it was originally intended. It also allows you to search through a document for a specific article, email on an article and save and download an article as a PDF.

How do I use an interactive PDF?

  • To move forward or back through the magazine, use the arrow icons in the tool bar

  • To zoom in on a piece of text, click on the area of interest; to zoom back out, click again

  • To select an area of a page as a cutting, use the mouse to click and drag a box around it. To save it press save and close. This can now be accessed from Saved Clippings, on the left hand menu

  • To send an article to a colleague select the envelope icon from the tool bar

  • To save a page as a PDF, select the PDF icon in the tool bar

  • To search the magazine for a specific term, use the search area in the tool bar
