Clear reporting

To make information simple to extract we have designed some standard report templates that allow you to quickly look at:

  • Bill and cost centre summaries
  • Call itemisation
  • Recurring services and charges
  • GPRS usage

 We have also built an extremely flexible query engine that will let you drill down on any aspect of your bill, from calls during certain hours to calls by certain users. You can also set up cost centres and filter by site or time of day.

Subscription services

These reports are geared to putting top line information in your hands, and can be easily set up as a subscription so they are delivered to your inbox when you need them.

It’s often useful to be able to send itemised reports to users who don’t have access to Clarity. These can now be sent out in a variety of formats, including PDF and .xls files, meaning that people can take responsibility for their billing, and reduce time spent on reporting.

A further development has been made for clients who do not wish to have user itemisation. Staff can now be given limited access to Clarity in order to run reports, but only on their own mobile accounts. It’s another great way to give your staff greater responsibility for their call spend.
