Call Assistant

A new feature of Clarity, Call Assistant gives administrators a much tighter grip on mobile and fixed-line call spend. It encourages best practice on all call usage and provides a full audit of any changes to spend limits, alerts sent out, or bars placed by users.

Features include:

  • Snapshot reporting by line on your entire account showing current spend for the month, and the date the last call was made
  • Defines upper and lower spend limits per line
  • SMS and email notification if the line exceeds its limit
  • Call barring for mobile connections

Alerts

Clarity allows you to set alerts to inform you when certain kinds of phone calls are made. Whether it’s calls to premium or international destinations, calls made out of working hours or personal calls, all you need to do is select your parameters and Clarity will do the rest.

Once parameters have been set, Clarity will inform you of them being breached just 36 hours after the call has been placed. This means that instead of waiting for an invoice to take action, you can proactively manage your spending. It’s something that has helped many of our clients significantly reduce unauthorised phone usage in the workplace. What’s more, you can access Clarity on your BlackBerry, meaning you can update your parameters wherever you are.

Line Analysis

As Clarity can report on all of your telecoms spend, you can analyse whether individual lines and products are necessary. It’s one of the quickest ways to reduce your costs and with Clarity’s bespoke reports savings can be identified quickly and effectively.
