Site reporting

By using call logging software with your telephone system, you can run powerful management reports. You will be able to:

  • Monitor all incoming and outgoing call levels in real-time
  • Measure line usage and see peak usage periods
  • See call durations and cost breakdowns for each telephone extension

As well as standard reports, you can create your own bespoke reports. Once set up, these run automatically and can even be emailed directly to you. The software is also proactive, alerting you by email when potential issues arise. This might be when a call to a premium-rate number is made or when all your incoming lines are full and you may be losing calls.

Network reporting

Clarity™ is provided as standard and reports across all voice, mobile and non-geographic numbers. For our voice and line access products, Clarity gives you the ability to see outgoing calls made from your various telephone numbers. Linking these calls with the rental for those lines allows you to group cost centres and manage your spend. Again, this will help you to predict future usage.

As with our call logging solution, Clarity also allows you to set alerts. The alert will automatically notify you by email when potential issues arise.
