Alerts
Making use of the hot billing data Clarity can monitor your traffic, highlight exceptions and email you directly to inform you. The alerts can look at all of the main variables of a phone call, all of which you can configure to fit your own business patterns.
The email alert calls you back into Clarity, straight to the report so you can see the nature and size of the breach. If you are on the go, the alerts can also be accessed directly using the browser on your BlackBerry.
Up to date information
Clarity allows you to modify all of your number and cost centre descriptions, as well as being able to move mobile, landline or non-geographic numbers freely between those cost centres.
Manage access to your billing
You may want to control access centrally or give department heads responsibility and visibility of their own numbers. The admin section allows you to manage all of your existing users, create new users, reset passwords and control the amount of information each has access to.
Once you select the user you can change any of their settings, such as activate or suspend their account, the contact e-mail address or name.
