Having information at your fingertips is extremely important in today’s business environment, it gives you control over one of your major business expenses. Clarity™ is more than just a portal on which to view your bill, you can use it to schedule usage reports on a weekly or monthly basis, so you can see exactly the information you are interested in.

Exporting your bills

All of your historic bills are available to you at any time, using the admin section shown below you can look up the invoice you require, and export the invoice in Excel Format.

Schedule your reports

All of the reports within Clarity can be scheduled to run automatically, and alerting you by email when they are ready to be viewed. These reports can be run by cost centre, phone number or company wide.

Below are some examples of the standard reports produced by Clarity

Bespoke reporting

Working together with the alerts and hot billing, you can analyse your call profiles from a company level down to individual usage. Within the reporting you define the parameters you want to examine, for example:

  • Most expensive calls
  • Longest calls
  • Top spending mobiles/landline
  • Frequently dialled numbers

These can help you look for new trends or abuse that you have not set your alerts to pick up. For example, if your highest cost or most frequently dialled numbers changed significantly one month it would be a signal to look further into the itemisation. The bespoke report would be based on the hot billing, so you would know very quickly that your profile had changed, you could take action, or configure alerts to monitor the situation further.

The bespoke reporting is also available in multiple formats allowing you to manipulate the data with either Excel or .CSV files, or convert the report to PDF for wider distribution.
