Clarity™ allows you to see all of your telecoms information as easily as possible; from giving you sight of your call data, costs and bills, to viewing your mobile, line rental or inbound fleets.
Hot billing data
See your bill before you get it, with unbilled calls alongside your historic bills. Clarity shows your unbilled call data from just 36 hours earlier*. This data has charges applied, allowing you to run all of your billing reports and queries on all of your calls before your bill has even arrived.
Hot billing data also allows Clarity to run alerts on your calling patterns, for example, calls made outside of normal working hours.
Fleet management
Aside from the billing, Clarity also gives you a platform from which to manage your telecoms infrastructure, allowing you to maintain a central record of your fleet of mobiles and landlines. This record can be exported from Clarity in a range of formats (such as pdf, csv, excel) for inclusion in reports or further analysis. There is a fleet report available for each product:
Line rental - Showing all of your lines, complete with line type, quantity and any services operating on each line.
Mobile - All of your mobile and mobile data connections are displayed, alongside with contract start dates, handset make and model, and the network each connection is on.
Inbound - A complete list of all of your numbers, and a place to store the target numbers.
