A more wide-ranging system that regular CCTV systems, IPCCTV can handle live feeds and record them for a lot longer than conventional tapes. They are also encoded and can be accessed remotely, meaning that fraudulent transactions and other staff-based theft (which constitutes 54% of all shrinkage) is much more easily identified.
Clarity – your online billing and management tool
This isn’t as proactive as IPCCTV, but Clarity™ does allow you to analyse in detail how your phones and mobiles are being used. Using the extensive array of reports, you can pinpoint unauthorised call usage, or unusual call patterns. Alerts can be set to tell you when a phone has gone over its agreed limit and in the case of mobile phones these can be barred. This is a great preventative measure that costs nothing to install.
